Laura Roemer joined Strategic Risk Solutions (SC), LLC in 2007, opening the firm’s Charleston, SC office. She has over seven years of captive management experience. Laura has experience in managing risk retention groups, pure captives and segregated cell captives. Her industry experience includes physician groups, transportation, construction and banking owned captives. Laura graduated from Elon University, with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems. Laura is responsible for the day-to-day management of Strategic Risk Solutions’ South Carolina captive insurance company clients, providing accounting, regulatory compliance and general management services.
